METHOD FOR MANAGING TIME LIMIT OF ANSWERING USING E-MAIL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete processing of a subject by a time limit of answering by managing the time limits of a plurality of subjects reliably. SOLUTION: This method comprises: a request step (S1) of transmitting an e-mail describing a subject in which the time limit of answering and a processing person are designated from an information terminal (12a) of a requesting person(12) to a management server (16); a transfer step (S2) of recording the content and the time limit of answering of the e-mail received by the management server, imparting an identifier (N) to the e-mail, and transferring the e-mail to the information terminal (14a) of the designated processing person (14); and a reminding step (S3) of transmitting the e-mail to the effect that the time limit of answering is close to a communication terminal of the processing person when the management server does not receive an e-mail of a final answer with the identifier by a prescribed time before the time limit of answering.
