Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield preventing coating from flowing into cooling slots of a vane. SOLUTION: An airfoil 26 of a vane assembly extending between platforms 25 is provided with the cooling slots 32 partitioned by a wall part 56 in a trailing edge part 30. In use, since the temperature of the vane becomes extremely high, air bleed is sent to a vane inside passage to cool the vane. Heat on a flow passage of the airfoil 26 is insulated by ceramic coating with low thermal conductivity. A photochemical edge shield 34 arranged in the airfoil 26 protects the slots 32 during ceramic coating, and prevents the coating from entering and clogging the slots 32. Projecting parts 38 extending from an edge part 36 of a main body 48 correspond to the slots 32, respectively.
