Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device solving a problem of entering in company capable of allowing limit, watch and record of the entry of a non-registered person while allowing the simultaneous entry of a plurality of registered persons. SOLUTION: Identification information on a plurality of first registered persons, and identification information on second registered persons associated with the respective first registered persons, are stored, and persons' faces are detected from a picked-up image of a predetermined region. Whether the detected face is of the first registered person or not is determined on each face, and then whether it is of the second registered person associated with the detected first registered person is determined on the persons other than the first registered persons.
