Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition giving a skin a soft touch feeling as finished under suppressing the sense of touch such as stiff, non-smooth, non-moistened or rough after washing the skin. SOLUTION: The detergent composition comprises (A) component and (B) component, wherein (A) is at least one polyvalent alcohol selected from the compounds represented by general formulae (1) and (2), and 1,2,6-hexanetriol and pentaerythritol [wherein R1is 1-6C alkyl group, R2is H or methyl group in the formula (1), R3is 1-4C alkyl group in the formula (2)], and (B) is at least one selected from an anionic surface active agent, an amphoteric surfactant, a semipolar surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant.
