Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic, which gives a good feeling of use, realizes natural finishing while covering skin color unevenness such as spots or freckles or skin unevenness such as pores or wrinkles and furthermore causes no color dullness with time, by dispersing a specific silicone elastic powder substantially in a state of a primary particle. SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprises (A) a volatile oil component and (B) an organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powder having JIS A hardness of 40-100, where the component (B) is dispersed substantially in a state of a primary particle.
