CONVERTING SYSTEM OF HALOGEN-CONTAINING MATERIAL TO FUEL IN CEMENT MANUFACTURING PLANT AND CEMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE CONVERTING SYSTEM OF HALOGEN-CONTAINING MATERIAL TO FUEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converting system of a halogen-containing material to fuel in a cement manufacturing plant, wherein the calorific value of the halogen-containing material can be effectively used as a part of fuel for manufacturing cement without causing evils resulted from a halogen such as chlorine or bromine contained in the halogen-containing material, and to provide a cement manufacturing method using the system. SOLUTION: The converting system of a halogen-containing material to fuel in a cement manufacturing plant is provided with a halogen separating means 7 that produces a combustible gas containing the halogen and a residue by separating the halogen from the halogen-containing material by using heat, a heat medium supply line 13 that supplies the heat medium taken-out from the cement manufacturing plant to the halogen separating means 7, a halogen recovering means 10 that recovers the halogen from the combustible gas discharged from the halogen separating means 7, and a gas supply means 12 that supplies the combustible gas after the halogen has been recovered by the halogen recovering means 10 as fuel for the cement manufacturing plant.
