METAL MASK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mask capable of improving the contact properties between a printing material and a terminal. SOLUTION: This metal mask 1 has a plurality of printing material-packing parts 10, in some of which a printing material receiving part 20 is formed. The printing material receiving part 20 is located in the direction of a printing side opening part 12 of the printing material-packing part 10 rather than an application side opening part 11. Consequently, the printing material-packing part 10 has a smaller opening area of the printing side opening part 12 side compared to the application side opening part 11 side. In case a solder paste 50 as a printing material is printed using the metal mask 1, the result is that a vicinity of the part where the printing material receiving part 20 is formed, is thick. Further, a plurality of terminals of the mounted component side as terminals which come into contact with the solder paste 50 and are formed with a varying height, are brought into contact with the printed solder paste 50.
