SPECIAL TWO-FLUID WASHING NOZZLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special two-fluid washing nozzle, which is suitable for wide applications from surface modification making use of a cavitation area to washing of relatively soft substances such as wall surfaces, surfaces of components, or hoods. SOLUTION: The washing nozzle comprises: a high-pressure water nozzle 1 comprising a high-pressure water introduction passage 11 receiving washing water as high-pressure water pressurized by a high-pressure pump, a restriction part tapered with respect to the inside dimension Dw of the high-pressure water introduction passage 11, a high-pressure water jetting port 13 formed with a passage of a high-pressure water outlet diameter d of a predetermined minimum diameter, and its tip wide-angle part 14; and a spray nozzle 2 comprising an air chamber 21 formed downstream from the high-pressure water nozzle 1, a diverging nozzle 22 communicating with its downstream, tapered with respect to the inside dimension Da of the air chamber 21, and forming a boundary so as to be a curved face, and an air introduction port 23 for introducing compressed air of predetermined high pressure fed from an air compressor opened to the air chamber 21.
