Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary to input a URL of a Web page desired to browse to a remote controller or the like when browsing the Web page on a television set but the URL is constituted of a number of characters or the like and the work of inputting the URL to the remote controller may trouble a user. SOLUTION: The remote controller comprises an information source identifier storage means correspondingly storing a prescribed key of the remote controller and an information source identifier (URL) identifying an information source of information and when the prescribed key is pressed, the remote controller transmits an instruction of access to a Web site indicated by the URL corresponding to the relevant key to an apparatus to be controlled such as a television set to be remotely controlled.
