STACKED CAPACITOR AND PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD INCORPORATED THEREWITH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin stacked capacitor having excellent characteristics suitable for being incorporated in a printed circuit board and a printed circuit board incorporated with the stacked capacitor. SOLUTION: A stacked capacitor 30 is provided with a stacked dielectric layer, a capacitor body 31 formed in the stacking direction with opposite first and second faces as upper and lower faces, a pair of first and second internal electrodes 32 and 33 alternately arranged on a plurality of dielectric layers so as to be faced with a dielectric layer interposed on a plurality of dielectric layers so that they can be isolated from the upper face and the lower face, first and second external electrodes 35 formed on the upper face and lower face, a plurality of first leads 32a and 32b extended from the first internal electrode so as to be connected to the first external electrode, and a plurality of second leads 33a and 33b extended from the second internal electrodes so as to be connected to the second external electrode.
