FILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FILE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND FILE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of excellent management efficiency and sure security maintenance relating to electronic files. SOLUTION: A system is constituted of: a file detection part 110 for detecting the event of storing a new electronic file to be a management object file by the processing of new preparation, movement or copying in the storage device 15 of a client machine 10; a moving processing part 111 for executing the moving processing of the management object file from the client machine 10 to an external storage device 60; and a shortcut preparation instruction part 112 for notifying the client machine 10 of a shortcut preparation instruction for instructing the preparation of the shortcut of the management object file onto the storage device 15 of the client machine 10.
