IMAGE FORMATION SYSTEM, SECURITY MANAGING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the security information of a document having high secrecy by using the technology of a non-contact communication device and a DB and to improve the secrecy of an output medium at the time of using an apparatus such as an image forming apparatus in which security is required. SOLUTION: A multi-functional machine 300 forms an image on an output medium based on a printing job, acquires output medium ID from a non-contact communication device attached to the output medium discharged to a paper discharge tray, registers one or more user IDs permitting the use of the output medium which is inputted together with the printing job in a DB 107 as user ID which corresponds to the output medium ID acquired from the output medium discharged to the paper discharge tray and whose use is permitted, and only when the user ID acquired from the non-contact communication device carried by a user when copying operation is instructed is registered in the DB as the user ID of the user permitted to use the output medium ID acquired from the output medium set on an original feeding stand, permits copying operation.
