SYSTEM, SERVER DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR PROVIDING SOFTWARE UPDATE INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the determination of the patch application of a user by providing statistical information showing user systems to which each patch is actually applied. SOLUTION: This user system 10 is provided with a configuration data transmitting part 12 for transmitting configuration data including the application information of each internally integrated software patch to a provider server 20. The provider server 20 is provided with a collection processing part 21 for receiving the configuration data from the configuration data transmitting part 12 of each user system 10, and for registering the configuration data in a collection data part 24 by associating the configuration data with user information, a statistical processing part 22 for generating statistical data by calculating a patch application rate from the number of pieces of software of all users and the number of pieces of patch-applied software for each software patch by referring to the collection data part 24, and for storing the statistical data in a statistical data part 26 and an individual processing part 23 for extracting and returning the statistical data related with the user from the statistical data part 26.
