FORM GENERATING DEVICE, FORM GENERATION METHOD, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form generating device, a form generation method, a program and a recording medium with the program recorded thereon which enable a form file to be attached to an electronic mail and outputted , and enable proper processing to be performed on the premise of the transmission of an electronic mail even when an output result through the electronic mail fails. SOLUTION: A form generating server 2 receives form request data including first generation conditions, and generates a first form file corresponding to the first generation conditions. Then, the form generation server 2 generates and transmits a first electronic mail with the generated file form file attached thereto. Then, the form generation server 2 receives and analyzes the second electronic mail, so that when determining that the second electronic mail is an error mail due to the failure of the transmission of the first electronic mail, the form generating server 2 generates a second form file generated according to second generation conditions again.
