IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing the appearance of an image quality difference due to a difference in surface smoothness in transfer paper P different in kinds from each other and the appearance of an image quality difference between the front and back surfaces due to a difference in the surface smoothness between the front and back surfaces of the transfer paper P. SOLUTION: A toner image forming means is constituted so as to input information on the surface smoothness of the objective surface for transfer of the toner image in the transfer paper P to an operation display unit 90 so that the number of the output lines per unit length in a halftone part of the toner image or the degree of dot concentration is changed according to the input information.
