Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a sufficient conduction by sufficiently securing a conductive connection area between display electrodes provided on one substrate and electrode terminals provided on another substrate. SOLUTION: The material of an oriented film 13 provided on a first display electrode 8a of a first transparent substrate 2a and on a second display electrode 8b of a second transparent substrate 2b is so formed as to have a notched part 14. The notched part 14 is notched in such a direction that, between a sticking material 5 and a display area 17, the part opposed to a transfer section 11 is away from the transfer section 11.
