CHANNEL SELECTOR VALVE AND AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a channel selector valve suitable for use in an on-vehicle air conditioner by reducing the amount of piping, etc. SOLUTION: A main valve chamber 21 for accommodating the main valve element of a main valve part, a D-port channel 2a in communication with the high-pressure space of the head case 1 of a compressor or the like, an S-port channel 2b in communication with the low-pressure space of the head case, a C-port channel 2c in communication with a C-port 23, and an E-port channel 2d in communication with an E-port 24 are formed in a housing 2 by cutting the housing 2 itself, the housing 2 being mounted on the head case 1. A pilot part 4 creates a differential pressure between cylinders 21b, 21c to selectively drive the main valve element. A pilot valve chamber 25 and channels 2f, 2f1, 2g, 2g1, 2h, 2h1, and 2h2 in communication with the pilot valve chamber 25 are formed by cutting the housing 2 itself. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
