COATED POLYOLEFIN PIPE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated polyolefin pipe having excellent workability while keeping organic solvent permeation-resisting performance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This coated polyolefin pipe 10 is formed by coating a main pipe 12 using a polyolefin resin with a coating layer 14. The coating layer 14 includes an innermost layer 16, a first adhesive layer 18, an intermediate layer 20, a second adhesive layer 22 and an outermost layer 24, and being easily separated from the main pipe 12. The innermost layer 16 has high moisture-proof property, and has hardness close to that of the main pipe 12. Accordingly, only the coating layer 14 can be easily removed from the main pipe 12 without performing scraping work in joining the coated polyolefin pipe 10. Further the innermost layer 16 is hardly separated from the main pipe 12 even when it receives impact shock. Further the innermost layer 16 prevents the intrusion of water to the intermediate layer 20, and prevents the deterioration of solvent permeation-resisting performance of the intermediate layer 20 caused by water absorption.
