Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairs remodeling member, easily constructible in a short time in construction, having superior appearance and durability without generating a step height with an existing floor surface after the construction, and capable of easily adding the special function such as the snowfall/freezing preventive function when necessary. SOLUTION: This precast stairs member 1 is a mold composed of a cement-based hardened body, and can form a new stairs part 53 in the shape of extending forward from a footstep part of existing stairs 50 by combining a plurality in response to the stage number of the existing stairs 50. The precast stairs member 1 is formed by hardening a kneaded material including cement, pozzolan-like fine powder, inorganic powder (here, except for the cement) having the particle size larger than the pozzolan-like fine powder, a fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and water.
