Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea-based grease which realizes low stabilized torque characteristics in a wide temperature range. SOLUTION: The urea-based grease comprises 5 to 15 wt.% (a) diurea compound being an alkyldiurea compound which has an average molecular weight of 600 to 700 and in which 25 to 60 mol% of all the alkyl groups are unsaturated and made from a primary amine having a total amine value in the range of 250 to 350, (b) a base oil which is a base oil comprising at least 80 wt.% synthetic hydrocarbon oil having a pour point of not higher than -40°C and has a kinematic viscosity of not higher than 6,000 mm2/sec at -40°C, and 1 to 7 wt.% (c) mixture containing an oil-soluble organomolybdenum complex, an oil-soluble organozinc compound of dithiocarbamic acid, an oil-soluble organozinc compound of dithiophosphoric acid, and an inorganic sulfur compound.
