Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix metalloprotease (MMP) inhibitor containing one, two, or more kinds of components derived from a mushroom of the Tremellae family. SOLUTION: This MMP inhibitor contains the components derived from the mushroom of the Tremellae family, such as Tremella fuciformis BERK., Tremella foliacea Fr., and Tremella mesenterica Retz. Fr., so that the inhibitor inhibits the MMP, such as a collagenase, which has a large effect on aging of the skin, is expected to have effects of preventing degeneration and retraction of a collagen, protecting a fiber, inhibiting the aging of the skin, etc., and has high safety.
