METHOD FOR FILLING COSMETIC AND APPARATUS FOR FILLING THE COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling a cosmetic, capable of filling a powder cosmetic having viscosity into a container, by making a surface formed on the cosmetic good, and to provide an apparatus for filling the cosmetic. SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for filling the cosmetic is equipped with bases 2, a first mesh 3, a second mesh 4, a supply hopper 5, a leveling part 6, and a force plunger 7, wherein the bases 2 are used so that containers P to be filled with an intermediate material are mounted on the bases 2, respectively, the first mesh 3 removes first solid matter 9 existing in powder bulk of the intermediate material and forms the powder bulk into a granular shape, the second mesh 4 removes second solid matter 10 existing in the powder bulk formed into the granular shape, the supply hopper 5 supplies each of the containers P with the powder bulk from which the second solid matter 10 is removed, the leveling part 6 scrapes and levels the powder bulk supplied to the container P to an opening of the container P, and the force plunger 7 thrusts the powder bulk supplied to the container P.
