Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for properly informing a user or the like that paper sheets are left unremoved from a discharged sheet stack part. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a controller section 204 for judging whether or not any of a plurality of paper sheets related to a plurality of pieces of image information is removed from a paper discharge tray 307 on the basis of paper discharge information read by an information read section 309a, and reports the paper discharge information related to the paper sheets judged to be not removed from the paper discharge tray 307 by the controller section 204 in a prescribed timing.
