Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor in which read/write of a memory can be carried out in a short time and processing of an image having high resolution can be carried out in real time every frame unit time. SOLUTION: The image processor comprises an address reattaching section 2 for deleting the first address of an image block with first address and attaching a second address to an image block where a plurality of predetermined number of image blocks are combined like a matrix as one unit thus forming a plurality of image blocks with second address, an image block coupling section 4 for coupling the image blocks with second address in one direction, a section for forming a plurality of linear image blocks by clipping the image blocks with second address coupled at the image block coupling section 4 in every row direction with reference to an address attached to the image block with second address, and a block filter section 5 for removing block noise in the column direction from a plurality of image blocks included in the plurality of linear image blocks.
