Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight terminal allowing a connector socket to be stably connected thereto and allowing a plurality of metal pins to be arranged therein at relatively small intervals. SOLUTION: This airtight terminal comprises: a ceramic plate 3 composed by forming through-holes 3a each having a counterbore 3d thereon and by overlaying a metalized layer 3b on the inside surface of each counterbore 3d; annular members 2 arranged in the counterbores 3d and brazed to the metalized layers 3b; and metal pins 3 each inserted into the through-hole 3a and the annular member 2 and brazed to the annular member 2. Since the connector socket can be fitted to the upper surface of the ceramic plate 3 and stably connected, and the metalized layer 3b is overlaid in each counterbore 3d, a creeping distance can be secured.
