ESD SUPPRESSING METHOD AND STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ESD (electro-static discharge) suppressing method which can suppress an affect by disposing a soft magnetic body having appropriate conductivity for an ESD suppression object, such as a conductor line in electronic equipment, a circuit board and an electronic equipment housing, and which can be fitted later to the ESD suppression object. SOLUTION: A sheet product 30 for ESD suppression is manufactured by sticking an insulating dielectric layer 20 on one side of a sheet-like compound magnetic body 10, so as to directly mount a sheet-like compound magnetic body 10 having a surface resistance ratio of ≤100 Ω/sq on the ESD suppression object, on the EDS suppression object such as a conductor line 41 in electronic equipment, a circuit board, or an electronic equipment housing, or in the vicinity thereof. The sheet product 30 is mounted on the conductor line 41 formed on the board 40, as the suppression object, by an insulating adhesive layer 22 disposed on the dielectric layer 20.
