Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake correction unit capable of performing more stable driving operation, and to provide an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The camera shake correction unit is equipped with a 1st substrate 81 having an imaging device 5, a 2nd substrate 82 having a processing circuit for processing an output signal from the imaging device 5, and a plurality of cable members 86 connecting the 1st substrate 81 and the 2nd substrate 82. The drawing-out directions of the plurality of cable members 86 are different from each other.
