Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rotation torque becomes large caused by twist of a housing and that engagement noise becomes large. SOLUTION: The housing for storing and supporting a steering shaft having a helical groove and moving in an axial length direction according to guide operation is constituted such that it is provided with a first cylinder body having a first pivotal support part for supporting the steering shaft and a first mounting part mounted to a vehicle body; a second cylinder body connected to the first cylinder body and supporting a rotation cylinder connected to an output shaft of an electric motor; and a third cylinder body connected to the second cylinder body and having a second pivotal support part for supporting the steering shaft and a second mounting part mounted to the vehicle body. Even when the twist is generated between the first cylinder body having the mounting part and the third cylinder body, it can be avoided that the twist influences the rotation cylinder in the second cylinder body.
