TWO-COMPONENT COATING AGENT APPLICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component coating agent application apparatus which is carried and easily and manually operated by an operator, easily applies the two-component coating agent such as a two-component adhesive or a two component coating material without causing liquid dripping or the scattering to the surroundings and is excellent in maintainability. SOLUTION: The two-component coating agent application apparatus is constituted in such a manner that liquid chemical vessels 14a, 14b each housing liquid chemicals of the two component coating agent are connected respectively to two pump parts 1, 2 constituted of respective plungers 9a, 9b and respective cylinders 11a, 11b, the liquid chemical is discharged in small quantities from respective liquid chemical vessels 14a, 14b to respective cylinders 11a, 11b, and the liquid chemicals in respective cylinders 11a, 11b are discharged with a high pressure by advancing the plungers 9a, 9b of both pump parts 1, 2 at the same time interlocked with a trigger operated by hand, are merged and mixed with each other in a mixing part 27 and are jetted form a nozzle 22 as proper sized droplets.
