Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostat with a switching function in which the number of components and mounting work can be rationalized, and which is enabled to largely reduce a cost. SOLUTION: The thermostat 10 has a lever 21 which is displaced in response to opening/closing of a door 44 of a lamp unit of a projector, and a second movable contact plate 22 is mounted on the end part of the lever 21. As for a bimetal disk 11, the shape is changed at a prescribed temperature level, and the first movable contact plate 15 is made to be displaced accompanied with its shape change. Then, when the door 44 is closed at the prescribed temperature level or less, the first movable contact plate 15 and the second movable contact plate 22 are constituted so as to be contacted with each other, and when the bimetal disk 11 becomes to have a higher temperature by exceeding the prescribed temperature level or when the door 44 is opened and the lever 21 is displaced by receiving stress, the first movable contact plate 15 and the second movable contact plate 22 are brought into a non-electrified state by being changed from a contact state to a separated state.
