Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut retaining structure for a connector 10 which has a simple structure and in which the nut 16 can be retained surely and an insulator 12 can not be damaged. SOLUTION: This is the connector 10 provided with a plurality of contacts 14, the insulator 12 in which the contacts 14 are arranged and retained, and the nuts 16 for mounting the connector 10 on a base board and a panel or the like. A flange 18 is installed at a prescribed position of the insulator 12 and an insertion part 20 is installed in the flange 18 into which the nut 16 is inserted, and at least two or more elastically deformable elastic pieces 22 engaged with the nuts 16 are arranged at the insertion part 10.
