PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing simply batch conversion of a plurality of music data. SOLUTION: A plurality of music data of a first format prescribed to reproduction prescribed information is specified to an object to be converted to a second format being different from the first format. The specified plurality of music data of the first format are converted into music data of the second format. The reproduction prescribed information prescribes a plurality of the first format being an object of continuous reproduction and its reproduction order out of many music data of the first format stored in a storage means. Thus, by utilizing a plurality of music data of the first format prescribed by the reproduction prescribed information for specifying music data being the object of conversion, a user can convert en bloc a plurality of music data simply by using only the reproduction prescribed information already formed previously for reproduction.
