PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a part with high possibility of causing a defective phenomenon to an operator. SOLUTION: This system comprises a main body configuration database 2a for storing parts for configuring electronic equipment by corresponding to a serial number, a defective part database 2b for storing a number of occurrences of defective phenomena on every part, a part information extracting part 2f for extracting the part of the electronic equipment of the serial number of the electronic equipment with the defective phenomenon occurring from the main body configuration database 2f, a defect occurrence number extracting part 2g for extracting the number of the occurrences of the defective phenomenon of each extracted part from the defective part database 2b, a recommended repair part determining part 2i for determining a part for which the repair is recommended on the basis of the number of the occurrences of the defective phenomena of each extracted part, and a recommended repair part information transmitting part 2k for transmitting the determined part to a terminal device.
