Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller and the like automatically controlling power supply after determining whether there is possibility of use of an electric instrument and an electric system or not based on status information of a user. SOLUTION: This power supply controller is provided with a means, which acquires the status information about the users at a plurality of terminal devices connected to the controller via a network, and a means controlling power supply to a power supply destination connected to the power supply controller.
