Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying Tamm-Horsfall glycoprotein (THG) and Uromodulin, capable of highly effectively purifying by a simple operation, and obtaining a purified products exhibiting characteristic properties. SOLUTION: The method for purifying THG or Uromodulin comprises dissolving sodium benzoate or ammonium in human urine, acidifying the solution to be acidic to precipitate benzoic acid and collecting the produced precipitation fragments.
