GLASS TABLET, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND GLASS TABLET-INTEGRATED EXHAUST TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass tablet having high fluidity, its manufacturing method, and a glass tablet-integrated exhaust tube. SOLUTION: The glass tablet according to the present invention is a glass tablet which is composed of glass powder and filler powder and has a ring shape, and which is characterized in that it is substantially free from PbO. The manufacturing method of a glass tablet according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a step for uniformly mixing glass powder substantially free from PbO and filler powder, a step for producing a granule by adding a vehicle having good heat decomposability to the mixed powder, a step for press molding the granule, and a step for calcining the press molded product. The tablet-integrated exhaust tube according to the present invention is characterized in that a glass tablet which is composed of a glass powder and a filler powder and is substantially free from PbO is fixed to the outer circumference of the top end of an exhaust tube composed of glass.
