Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a shortage of a basket cart by improving a round rate of a basket cart monitoring system. SOLUTION: The basket cart monitoring system 10 is provided with the basket cart 1, a radio IC tag 3 attached on the basket cart 1 and transmitting and receiving by radio, and a deliver terminal 6 moved together with a delivery vehicle 5 and transmitting and receiving by radio. The basket cart 1 is transported from a delivery source 7 to a delivery destination 8, and is returned from the delivery destination 8 to the delivery source 7 in the state that a delivery article 2 is taken out and the basket cart 1 is empty. The radio IC tag 3 is provided with a function for storing the receiving situation and transmitting the receiving situation to the deliver terminal 6 when confirmation information from the deliver terminal 6 is received. The deliver terminal 6 is provided with a function for transmitting the confirmation information to the radio IC tag 3 of the basket cart 1, and a function for determining the usage situation of the basket cart 1 based on the receiving situation transmitted from the radio IC tag 3 and displaying the determination result on a display screen.
