Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a liquid detector which enhances a detection sensitivity by simplifying a vibration mode, and reduces effects of vibration transmitted from a liquid. SOLUTION: The mounting structure is equipped with: a vibration cavity forming base 40 where a cavity 43 and a vibrating part 61 at its bottom face are set; a piezoelectric element 17 formed at the vibrating part 61 side; a detecting part 13 which is layered on an opening side of the vibrating cavity forming base 40 and is equipped with both an ink feeding passage 19 to the cavity 43 and a channel forming plate 18 with an ink discharge passage formed; a buffer part 14 where the detecting part 13 is set and which includes a feeding side buffer chamber 15 that communicates with the ink feeding passage 19 and a discharge side buffer chamber 16 that communicates with the ink discharge passage 20; and an elastic seal member 29 which is interposed between the detecting part 13 and the buffer part 14 to seal a space between the detecting part 13 and the buffer part 14. A detection precision is thereby improved. An ink liquid is reduced, and industrial waste is reduced as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
