WORKPIECE CARRIER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece carrier device high in reliability of working and to hardly damage a workpiece. SOLUTION: This workpiece carrier device is furnished with a workpiece receiving part 25 to receive a workpiece W1 supported on a support base 50, a depositing workpiece staying part 20 to stay a workpiece WO, a delivering workpiece staying part 30 to stay the workpiece W1 and an arm body 41 to move and drive between the depositing workpiece staying part 20 and the delivering workpiece staying part 30. The depositing workpiece staying part 20 is furnished with a depositing workpiece placing part 22 to place the workpiece WO on its upper surface free to move to the workpiece receiving part 25 by dead weight of the workpiece WO. The arm body 41 is furnished with a depositing workpiece contact part 42 to restrict movement of the workpiece WO to the work receiving part 25 by making contact with the workpiece WO placed on the depositing workpiece placing part 22 and a delivering workpiece contact part 43 to move the workpiece W1 to the delivering workpiece staying part 30 by making contact with the workpiece W1 received by the workpiece receiving part 25 in a state of being supported on the support base 50.
