Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional ultrasonic atomizing apparatus atomizes an atomizing liquid pooled on the upper surface of a piezoelectric transducer 5 by pushing it up with ultrasonic waves generated from the piezoelectric transducer 5 and therefore causes a poor atomizing efficiency. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic atomizing apparatus, a base 9 is installed in an intermediate part inside a case 8, and a through hole 9a is formed at the nearly center of the base 9. A packing 10 and a flange presser 11 for pressing the packing 10 are installed to the periphery of the through hole 9a. A flange 12a of a high-frequency transmitter 12 is supported in the periphery of this packing 10, and the through hole 9a of the flange presser 11 and base 9. The piezoelectric transducer 13 is adhered to the lower end of this high-frequency transmitter 12. A high-frequency oscillator 14 for applying oscillation output is connected to the piezoelectric transducer 13. A recess 12b of a liquid is formed at the top end of the high-frequency transmitter 12. A break water membrane 15 formed of a synthetic resin is attached to the recess 12b. The inside of the membrane 15 is supplied with a liquid from a supply pipe 16a of a liquid supply device 16.
