GAS-LIQUID MIXED FLOW SPRAYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which enables a cleaning operation surely and at low cost with a device, and at the same time, resolves immediately a mixed jet of a cleaning liquid remained in a feedback pipe line with a cleaning liquid sprayed at this time. SOLUTION: A gas-liquid mixed flow spraying device uses a first nozzle (high speed turning nozzle) 20 and a second nozzle (diffusion nozzle) 21, and has a constitution that through the first nozzle 20, a large flow rate of compressed air and a small flow rate of the cleaning liquid are sprayed respectively separately or by mixture in the vicinity of the nozzle 20, and through the second nozzle 21, a large flow rate of compressed air and a large flow rate of the cleaning liquid are diffuse-sprayed respectively separately or by mixture. The gas-liquid mixed flow spraying device wherein, in spraying the cleaning liquid through the second nozzle 21, the compressed air is supplied for the predetermined time at the same time, by which an unloader valve 23 is opened to discharge immediately the cleaning liquid remaining in the feedback pipe line 22, is provided.
