Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flavor oil having sufficient meat flavor and body without the addition of a water-insoluble material. SOLUTION: The flavor oil is obtained by mixing water and 0.3 to 5 pt(s). wt. of yeast extract processing seasoning with 100 pts.wt. of edible solid fat (for instance, lard) substantially added with no vitamin E and antioxidant, heating the product to 120°C followed by keeping for 10 min, and cooling while stirring the product.
