Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device of a plant controller that can secure the backup power supply of a volatile memory without treating a battery as industrial waste and without requiring a replacement cost. SOLUTION: The volatile memory 2 of the plant controller 1 is fed with power by converting an AC voltage of an AC power supply 6 to a DC voltage. The volatile memory 2 is fed with power from an in-plant DC power supply 8 installed in a plant when the AC power supply 6 is interrupted.
