Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of transfer during communication, call processing server, program, and recording medium realizing a convenient function of transfer during communication. SOLUTION: A CA10 controls transfer during communication between an IP telephone terminal 30 connected to an IP network 1 or a telephone terminal 40 connected to a PSTN 2 via a GW20 and itself. When hold release of either the IP telephone terminal 30 or the telephone terminal 40 for transferring during communication, fails, a call between a terminal which instructs the transfer during communication and either the IP telephone terminal 30 or the telephone terminal 40 for transferring during communication is restarted.
