Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcast apparatus, a terminal, and a data broadcast system capable of improving the quality of data broadcast service by harmonizing broadcasting and communication. SOLUTION: The data broadcast system includes a server 101 provided with a profiling section 105 that receives profile information including the preference information of a recipient from a terminal of the recipient of data broadcast via a communication network, and a scheduling section 104 that updates a broadcast schedule on the basis of the received profile information.
