Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of residents by grasping the state change of a slave station quickly at a master section without applying a load to the system. SOLUTION: A slave station control section 33 of an outdoor slave station FS1-FSn reads state data stored in a state storage section 38b when the state of its station is detected at a predetermined period by a state detection control function 33a. Existence of change is then judged by comparing the detected state data with the read state data. When state change is judged, the detected state is stored in the state storage section 38b, and a slave station state notification signal including the slave station ID and the detected state data is created and transmitted toward a key station BS. On the other hand, an operation console 1 of the key station BS receives the slave station state notification signal, extracts the slave station ID and the state data therefrom and reports state change in correspondence with the extracted slave station ID.
