DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REPRODUCING LEAD BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for reproducing a lead battery capable of shortening regeneration time by managing temperature of the lead battery. SOLUTION: The lead battery reproducing device 10 of this invention having a pulse current generation means 14 applying a direct-current pulse current to the lead battery 11 for removing a lead sulphate layer of an electrode surface is provided with a temperature measuring means 15 directly measuring the temperature of the lead battery 11 during energization and a current control means 16 connected with the pulse current generation means 14 and the temperature measuring means 15 and changing a wave form of the direct-current pulse current according to the difference of the temperature of the lead battery 11 measured by the temperature measuring means 15 and a preset temperature to converge the temperature of the lead-acid battery to the preset temperature. The lead battery reproducing device 10 uses the lead battery regeneration method for continuously or periodically measuring the temperature of the lead battery 11 to converge the temperature of the lead-acid battery to the preset temperature according to the difference of the temperature of the lead battery 11 and the preset temperature.
