PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily and effectively search desired information from among real-estate property information placed on an existing Web site provided by each of a plurality of real-estate agents. SOLUTION: In a real-estate property information search system, a search server device 20 is designed to perform a search request of the real-estate property information corresponding to a search requirements designated by input from a user terminal 10 relating to a plurality of Web server devices 30, and each of the Web server devices 30 is designed to search the real-estate property information corresponding to the search requirements by referencing self database in response to the search request from the search server device 20 and to transmit the information indicating the searching result to the search server device 20. The search server device 20 is designed to produce a final search result based on the search result transmitted from each of the Web server devices 30, and to transmit this information to the user terminal 10.
