Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the reliability in precision of water supply flow measurement value used in thermal power calculation for a reactor thermal power monitoring device, and minimize as a result, the expected error in the thermal power calculation. SOLUTION: The reactor thermal power monitoring device is provided with a thermal power calculation means 26 and is to calculate reactor thermal power with an input of water supply flow measurement value 21 with a water supply flowmeter 3 provided in a water supply pipe 1. To the reactor thermal power monitoring device, a measurement precision judging means 33 for judging a plurality of steps of measurement precision states set for the water supply flowmeter. Also, a thermal power target value setting means 31 is provided so as to selectively set a thermal power target value according to the steps of the measurement precision state judged with the measurement precision setting means.
