MONO-SHAFT ECCENTRIC SCREW PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mono-shaft eccentric screw pump having a simple structure and reduced number of parts, capable of facilitating disassembly, assembly, and washing, reducing length of a joint part between a rotor and a drive shaft, reducing amount of remaining liquid, and reducing length of the pump to reduce weight of the pump and miniaturize the pump, and being suitable for transfer of foods. SOLUTION: This mono-shaft eccentric screw pump transfers a transferring object by fitting and inserting a male screw type rotor 5 connected to a drive shaft 7 provided at one end of a pump casing 2 into a female screw type stator 3 turnably for eccentric rotation. An end part of the rotor and an end part of the drive shaft are formed in cylindrical boss parts 5a, 7c for caulking, respectively. Both end parts of a flexible wire joint 10 are fitted into the boss part for caulking in the end part of the rotor and the boss part for caulking in the end part of the drive shaft to caulk both boss parts and connect the rotor, the flexible wire joint, and the drive shaft integrally.
